Food

Festivals and great food go together and we work hard to insure the guests at our festival have a marvelous selection of edibles to choose from. We are delighted to have variety like crepes, artichoke french, italian sausage, BBQ, roasted corn, fudge, dips, homemade sauces, steak on a stick, bombers, pizza, grilled pizza, ice cream, homemade mustard varieties, grapes for your table, grape pies, and other grape delicacies, maple syrup goodies, fresh squeezed lemonade, old fashioned soda, smoothies and portobello mushroom sandwiches. It is important to reassure our guests that food preparation on the official festival grounds at Memorial Town Hall and the Naples High School are overseen and inspected by the Ontario County Board of Health and permits are required. Other food vendors who appear on lawns, drives and other venues are not necessarily getting permits or inspections. Our guests can feel confident that while on the official festival grounds all state mandates for health and cleanliness are being met by our vendors.

Food vendors who wish to participate in the Naples Grape Festival can fill out an application by downloading it here and mailing it in. Booth fees for fresh prepared foods begin at $350 for a 10 x 10. Electric and water hookups carry an extra fee. Trailers and larger booths will be charged a fee commensurate with the amount of space they use. Our site is limited regarding the ability to have a stock trailer near your booth. Please be prepared to restock in morning and evenings before the show opens and after the venue clears. Set ups at the food court of the High School can begin Friday night after 5 PM. Vendors who make and bottle or package their food at their own facility and sell it prepackaged and unopened at the festival (i.e. mustards, sauces, dips) are entitled to pay a fee equal to that of a craft vendor. Fees begin at $180 for a 10 x 10.
